How to Request a Visit
If you are a blogger, photographer or content creator specializing in luxury travel, food & drink or adventure, we we would love to collaborate! We evaluate all requests and consider a number of factors before making a decision. Due to a high volume of requests we are not able to work with everyone. We welcome all requests and would never base our decision on race, sexual orientation, family status or other protected classes. Please review the basic guidelines below carefully to see if you would be a good fit with Fairmont Sonoma.
How It Works
A minimum of four weeks advance notice is required for a visit, along with the fully completed Request Form, available below. If you are selected, we will contact you directly via the email address provided. Upon approval, specific deliverables will be required and our Influencer Agreement form will provided prior to your trip along which outlines each ask. The amount of deliverables and tagged posts will depend on your follower and engagement numbers, length of stay and activities you are provided with.
- Due to high demand periods throughout the year, our wine country destination implements several blackout periods including weekends.
- We encourage mid-week visits and will not accept requests over Holidays or special events.
Below are our minimum requirements for influencers:
- Preferred channels – Instagram & Blog
- Minimum 10,000 Instagram Followers
- Engagement Rate: minimum of 2.4% per 10k-100k followers, 2% per 100k-1M followers, 1.7% per 1M+ followers
